\nif you as an institution really want to empower artists, besides training then to
\nget the crumbs, should be supportive to then in recognizing the reality, artist are sturbing and with the actual system they will be more hungry in the coming years. Please do not take more money from the artist making believe there is a way that by paying (buying the book) they can get work. This, in my understanding, has a name: fraud.<\/p>\n
